The tactical fanny pack works great as a medical IFAK kit , E&E gear or just mission dependent items. Our fanny pack is built with 1000D nylon fabrics. We use #10 zipper heads with a single pull for a positive point of open and close. Our tactical fanny pack has a 2 x 3  PALS platform sewn on the top for chem light or room markers. This fanny pack also has 2 x 2 PALS webbing on both left and right sides on both the base AND main Pouch for attaching modular pouches. Great for extra mag pouches or grenade pouches. We made sure to add 2 Inch loop for attaching name tags or hook backed patches to adhere on the front. Within the tactical fanny pack is a flat pocket for a notepad or range cards. We added a full zipper pouch on the outer front for extra storage or quick medical items..
